Travel in the morning onto the stunning Tasman Peninsula and Port Arthur Historic Site, some of Tasmania’s most visited destinations. Set in tranquil gardens, Tasmania’s famous convict settlement site harbours a dark history that our experienced guide will bring to life. As you stroll amongst the now peaceful buildings, envisage the harsh life that the hapless convicts endured. Lunch will be provided in a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we will explore the famous geological features such as The Tasman Arch, Devils Kitchen, and the Remarkable Caves (if time permits) of the peninsula as you travel the rugged coastline. Return to Hobart by approx. 4.30 pm.

A fabulous Tassie road trip

Thank you for arranging the itinerary for us. We enjoyed it immensely, feeling, in the end, it really was a taster for many more trips in the future.
